1. Our 30-day try-at-home return offer
If your LC-dolida purchase is not right for you, tell us within 30 calendar days after delivery to request a return. Normal trial use is allowed. Opening the packaging, trying the fit, or testing the audio does not, by itself, disqualify a return. Discounted products have the same return eligibility.
The product must not have been damaged by misuse or unauthorized alteration. Return its included components and accessories, and use the original packaging if available; suitable protective replacement packaging is acceptable. Missing original packaging alone is not a reason to reject the return. We do not deduct for normal trial use under this offer. We will explain any issue with missing components or damage and its effect on the return before making a decision; no automatic restocking fee applies.
2. Request and send a return
- Email dolida@jueyier.com with your order number and the item you want to return. You may share your reason to help us improve, but a change-of-mind return does not require a reason.
- All website orders currently use our return address in China: LC-dolida, 4th Floor, Building A, Runchang Industrial Park, Bantian Subdistrict, Longgang District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. Email us with your order number before sending a parcel so we can provide the return instructions. Do not send website returns to an Amazon fulfillment warehouse.
- For our voluntary 30-day offer, send the item within 14 calendar days after receiving the return instructions, unless we agree a longer period. Retain proof of postage. The date of your timely request determines eligibility, so our response delay will not remove your return eligibility.
A valid statutory withdrawal or quality claim does not require our discretionary approval, use of a particular form, registration of a warranty, or purchase of a tracked service. Statutory deadlines and procedures take priority over the voluntary process above.
3. Who pays return shipping?
For dissatisfaction or change of mind without a product fault, you pay the direct cost of returning the item, provided that this responsibility was disclosed before purchase. For a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item attributable to us, we arrange a prepaid method where available or agree reimbursement of reasonable shipping costs before you send it. Do not pay avoidable express charges without discussing them with us.
All website returns currently go to China, including returns from the United States and Europe. Change-of-mind returns may therefore involve international postage, paid by the customer as disclosed above. For a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item attributable to us, LC-dolida bears the reasonable return shipping cost. Any cost estimate required by applicable law will be disclosed before purchase. We do not use a later change of return location to impose undisclosed additional costs on an existing order.
4. Refund amount and timing
For a return under our voluntary 30-day offer, we issue the refund within 10 business days after receiving the item and any reasonably necessary information to identify the purchase. We notify you of the outcome; an internal approval step does not extend this deadline. A shorter statutory deadline applies where required. A business day means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at our processing location.
We refund to the original payment method, without charging a refund processing fee. A bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. Contact us if the refund has not appeared after the provider's stated processing time.
- Voluntary change-of-mind return: the amount actually paid for the returned products and refundable taxes is refunded. An original delivery charge, if paid, is not normally refunded outside statutory withdrawal rights.
- Statutory withdrawal of the whole order: the rules in section 5 apply, including reimbursement of the least expensive standard delivery option we offered.
- Our error or a qualifying fault: we bear the necessary remedy costs; for a whole-order refund, this includes the original standard delivery charge. Partial-order cases are handled according to the remedy and applicable law.
We do not retrospectively charge US$9.99 because a return reduces an originally free-shipping order below US$50. Refunds reflect the price actually paid after discounts. LC-dolida bears applicable import duties and import taxes for website orders. Contact us before paying an import tax or duty requested on delivery. If you have already paid such a charge, send the payment notice and receipt so we can verify and reimburse it.
5. EU and UK statutory withdrawal
Where EU or UK distance-selling withdrawal rights apply, you can withdraw without a reason by notifying us within 14 calendar days after possession of the goods. For goods delivered separately under one order, the applicable period generally runs from receipt of the last item. Any extension required by local law or missing mandatory withdrawal information applies.
Send an unambiguous notice by email or post; you may use the form below. Return the goods within 14 calendar days after notifying us, unless we have offered collection. You bear direct return costs only where lawfully disclosed beforehand. For withdrawal of the whole order, we reimburse payments including our least expensive standard delivery charge; an upgrade to a more expensive delivery option need not be reimbursed.
For EU withdrawal, reimbursement is due without undue delay and within 14 calendar days of your withdrawal notice. Unless we have offered collection, we may withhold reimbursement only until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever comes first. UK withdrawal refunds follow the applicable 14-day refund rules; receipt of the goods or earlier return evidence is taken into account as required by law. We do not substitute an approval date for the legal start date.
Our 30-day offer additionally permits normal trial use. We do not use a blanket hygiene or opened-packaging exclusion for sleep masks to remove that offer. Mandatory withdrawal rules prevail where more favorable.
6. Faults, damage, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact us as soon as reasonably possible if goods arrive damaged, are incorrect, or develop a fault. Photos or video may help where available, but you do not have to use a specific format or surrender statutory rights. We may reasonably ask for order details or another suitable proof of purchase; an original receipt is not the only acceptable evidence.
We arrange the repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund appropriate under applicable law. The 30-day return window does not limit statutory quality rights. For an exchange, contact us to arrange the return and replacement purchase. Request a cancellation or address change promptly; if an order has already dispatched, this does not remove any statutory right to withdraw.
7. One-year LC-dolida quality warranty
LC-dolida provides a one-year commercial quality warranty for products purchased from lc-dolida.cc, starting on the date you receive the product. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal use consistent with the instructions for your model. There is no registration fee or mandatory registration step.
Email dolida@jueyier.com with your order number or other reasonable proof of purchase and a description of the fault. Photos or video are helpful where available; they are not the only acceptable way to describe a problem. We may ask you to try safe, reasonable troubleshooting steps or return the product for assessment. You will not be asked to open a battery or perform unsafe repairs.
For a covered defect, we will arrange a repair or replacement without charge for necessary parts, labor, or agreed standard shipping. If repair or replacement is unavailable or cannot be completed within a reasonable time, we will provide an appropriate refund. We may provide a more favorable remedy where required by consumer law.
The commercial warranty does not cover damage caused by an accident, improper charging, misuse, unauthorized repair that causes the fault, or washing electronic parts contrary to the model's care instructions. Ordinary wear, cosmetic aging, and gradual battery-capacity reduction from normal use are not automatically manufacturing defects. These exclusions apply only to the extent that they caused the issue; an unrelated alteration or normal wear does not remove coverage for an independent covered defect.
A warranty replacement or repair remains covered for the rest of the original one-year period, or for any longer period required by law or expressly provided with the remedy. We do not charge a restocking or warranty processing fee for a covered claim.
Your statutory quality rights remain separate
This commercial warranty is provided by LC-dolida at the address below and is additional to your statutory rights. For new goods where EU consumer law applies, the legal guarantee generally lasts at least two years from delivery, and national law may provide longer protection. UK and other applicable consumer rights may also continue after the commercial warranty expires. The 30-day trial return period and one-year warranty do not shorten any of those rights.
Contact LC-dolida as your seller for faulty, incorrect, unsafe, or nonconforming goods. Available remedies and who must establish a fault are determined by the applicable law. We do not require you to pursue a manufacturer or carrier instead of a valid claim against us.
