1. Who we are and which orders these terms cover

LC-dolida operates lc-dolida.cc and is the seller for orders placed on this website. Shopify hosts the commerce platform. Our use of a fulfillment provider, including an Amazon warehouse, does not transfer our seller responsibilities to that provider.

These terms apply to website use and purchases from lc-dolida.cc. Purchases placed on a marketplace are handled through the order channel and seller shown for that purchase. Read these terms with our Return, Refund and Warranty Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy. The specific return and shipping rules apply to those subjects. Mandatory consumer protections prevail over conflicting terms.

2. Ordering and payment

You must have legal capacity to purchase or appropriate authorization. Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. Payment is made through the options shown at checkout. Please protect your account credentials and do not send passwords or full card numbers to customer service.

We send an order acknowledgment after checkout. We confirm acceptance by a subsequent order acceptance or dispatch confirmation unless the acknowledgment itself expressly accepts the order or applicable law determines otherwise. An order acknowledgment is not a basis for us to keep your payment for an order we cannot fulfill.

If stock is unavailable, the address cannot be served, or there is a genuine material listing error or reasonable evidence of fraud, we will explain any cancellation and refund the payment collected for an unfulfilled order. We do not cancel valid orders arbitrarily. For a material pricing error, you may agree to the corrected price or cancel for a refund; we do not charge a higher amount without agreement.

3. Prices, promotions, and shipping charges

Unless clearly stated otherwise, prices are in US dollars. The price, discounts, shipping and taxes collected by us are displayed before payment. Any lawful additional import-charge responsibility must also be disclosed before purchase. Your payment provider may apply currency conversion charges.

Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is at least US$50; otherwise it is US$9.99 per order to supported destinations. Taxes, duties, and shipping do not count towards the threshold. Splitting an order into multiple parcels does not add another standard shipping charge.

A promotion's eligibility, dates, exclusions, and combination rules are those disclosed with that promotion before purchase. Changes to a promotion do not retrospectively reduce an accepted order's rights. A displayed reference price or saving must accurately represent the comparison used.

4. Product information and use

Use the product description, specifications, included accessories, and care instructions for your exact model. Screen settings can affect displayed color; this does not excuse material misdescription. Product claims must be supported by the applicable product evidence. These consumer sleep and audio products are not offered as a diagnosis, treatment, or cure for a medical condition.

Follow the supplied charging and care instructions. If a product appears damaged, overheats, or develops a battery problem, stop using it and contact us. Safety instructions do not remove our responsibility for product safety or conforming goods.

5. Delivery, cancellation, and returns

The usual estimated time from placing an order to receipt is 7–15 calendar days, including processing and transportation. Eligible US orders may dispatch from a US Amazon fulfillment warehouse; others may dispatch from China. Supported addresses and any different product-specific lead time must be disclosed before purchase.

Request changes or cancellation promptly. We will help before dispatch where operationally possible. Dispatch does not remove any statutory withdrawal right. If delivery is delayed, we notify you and provide the consent, cancellation, and refund options required by applicable law. Handing goods to our carrier does not automatically transfer all delivery risk to you.

Our voluntary offer allows return requests within 30 calendar days after receipt, including normal trial use. Our one-year commercial quality warranty begins at receipt. The Return, Refund and Warranty Policy provides the procedure and costs; neither period replaces statutory withdrawal or quality rights.

6. Website use, content, and external services

Do not interfere with site security, introduce harmful software, attempt fraudulent transactions, or infringe another person's rights. Our protected original content and branding may be used for personal shopping; other uses require authorization unless allowed by law. Third-party services may have separate terms. Their involvement does not remove our obligations for your purchase.

7. Reviews and feedback

Reviews should reflect the reviewer's actual experience. If you voluntarily submit a review for public display, you give us non-exclusive permission to display it and make reasonable formatting corrections without changing its meaning. You retain ownership. Publication of private correspondence or use of an identifiable photo in advertising requires appropriate permission.

We may remove unlawful, abusive, irrelevant, or fraudulent content. We do not prohibit honest negative reviews, penalize you for them, or condition an incentive on a positive rating. Any review incentive or material relationship must be disclosed. Claims such as verified purchase, expert endorsement, awards, and customer counts must have supporting evidence.

8. Privacy and marketing choices

Our Privacy Policy describes data handling and available choices. Accepting purchase terms is not itself consent to optional advertising tracking or marketing messages. You may withdraw marketing consent without giving up ordinary order support.

9. Responsibility and complaints

We take reasonable care in operating the website, but temporary outages may occur. Nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including responsibility for fraud, willful misconduct, and death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. Applicable statutory remedies remain available.

Email us first with a complaint if you would like us to try to resolve it. These terms do not require you to waive statutory rights, accept compulsory arbitration, or use only a foreign court. Competent courts and applicable law are determined subject to mandatory protections available where you live.

10. Policy changes

We may publish updated terms for future orders and website use. The version applicable to an existing purchase is not retrospectively reduced without your agreement or another lawful basis. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law. Policy updates do not substitute for notices or consent required by law.
